To ensure that you have the best possible experience, we offer prompt customer support for all of your questions or concerns, lab reports available upon request, and flexible return policy.

Indicalm offers expedited shipping to the continental US, with orders arriving between 3-5 business days. Note that there are location-based restrictions on some CBD products, and customers are responsible if customs or duty fees apply.

If at any time within the 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, had an issue with your order, received the wrong product, or received a damaged item, please reach out to us! We are happy to provide you with a full refund or replacement product. This guarantee applies to all Indicalm products.

Does the guarantee apply to multiple products?

- The guarantee applies to only one product per customer. If you’ve never tried CBD before, we suggest choosing one product to try first before branching out to other products. If you choose to order multiple, only one product will be eligible for a refund at the end of your trial period. 

How do I return my order?
